Is the express tunnel safe for ceramic-coated cars?
Yes. Our tunnels use soft cloth and foam materials that are safe for ceramic coatings, clear coats, and aftermarket paint protection. The Platinum tier even adds an extra ceramic spray on top to refresh hydrophobic beading.
Can I cancel my unlimited plan anytime?
Yes. There is no contract. Cancel from the Manage My Plan page or by calling customer service at 916-800-3661. Your sticker stays active until the end of the current billing period.
Does my membership work at all locations?
Yes. Your Platinum, Gold, or Express plan works at both Blue Star Xpress Wash locations — Elk Grove and Marysville.
What is included in the free car wash promotion?
New customers can request a free wash by submitting their phone number on the Free Wash page. We text a single-use coupon link within three days, redeemable at either open location.
How does fundraising work?
Your group gets a custom QR code and link. Every wash purchased through it earns 30% back to your organization. There are no upfront costs and no inventory to manage.
Do you offer interior shampoo and detailing?
Yes. Full-service hand wash, leather conditioning, ceramic spray, headlight restoration, and full interior shampoo are all available — see the Services page for the menu.
Are tips for the detailing team appreciated?
Absolutely. Tips are split among the on-site team and are never required. The express tunnel itself is unmanned at the entry kiosk.
